Sự phát triển của xã hồi thông tin và nền kinh tế trị thức đang đòi hỏi pgười lạo động phải có năng lực từ duy, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề một cách sáng tạo cũng như khả năng học tập suốt đời để thích ứng với sự phát triển nhanh chóng của xã hội. Vì vậy, trang bị kiến thức thông tin cho sinh viên ngày càng trở nên quan trọng.
